In preparation for your clinical experience at UMHC, please review the Orientation document and complete the Compliance Training.

Complete Compliance Training

To verify completion of this orientation, please do the following:

1. Please locate your discipline on the right side of the page and follow the link.
2. Fill out all the required information.
3. Submit the form. A copy of this form will be emailed to your clinical affiliation coordinator at UMHC.

Nursing Faculty
Turn the following form in no later than two weeks prior to the beginning of clinical rotation: Orientation Acknowledgement Form. Please submit to the clinical affiliations coordinator for your discipline.
